Vendor Application and Terms
To be considered as a potential vendor for Latin Specialties LLC (LS), or to maintain an active vendor status, you must complete and sign a vendor application form along with all required supporting documentation listed below. This documentation is required for all new vendors and must also be updated annually before certification expiration or immediately upon any material changes to your food safety programs.
Please note that submitting these documents does not guarantee vendor acceptance or continuation of the partnership. Both new and existing vendors are responsible for reviewing and adhering to our Terms and Conditions, available (below) on our Vendor Terms and Conditions page. Vendors must stay informed about any updates to these terms and notify LS promptly both verbally and by submitting updated forms if there are any material changes to their information.
