Vendor Application & Commitment to Compliance

To be considered as a potential vendor for Latin Specialties LLC  or to maintain an active vendor status, you must complete and sign a vendor application form along with all required supporting documentation listed below.

All vendors are required to submit updated documentation:

• Annually before certification expiration
• After 12 months of inactivity
• Immediately following any material changes to their payment terms, food safety programs, or social responsibility policies

At Latin Specialties, we are dedicated to quality, food safety, ethical sourcing, and sustainability. As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, we require all vendors to submit a set of verification documents that uphold our workplace integrity, environmental responsibility, and product safety standards.

Required Vendor Documentation

1. Vendor Application Agreement
2. Pure Food Letter of Guarantee
3. QC Vendor Addendum (along with copy of certifications)
4. Vendor Responsibility Agreement (outlining commitments to fair labor practices, non-discrimination, health & safety, sustainability, and ethical business operations)

Submitting these documents does not guarantee vendor acceptance or continuation of the partnership. Both new and existing vendors are responsible for reviewing and adhering to our Terms and Conditions, available on our Vendor Terms and Conditions page (below). Vendors must stay informed about any updates to these terms and notify LS promptly, both verbally and by submitting updated forms, if there are any material changes to their information.
