Vendor Application and Terms
To be considered as a potential vendor for Latin Specialties LLC (LS), you must complete and sign a new vendor application form along with all the documents listed within. Please note that submitting these documents does not guarantee vendor acceptance. Both new and existing vendors are responsible for reviewing and adhering to our Terms and Conditions, available on our Vendor Terms and Conditions page. Vendors must stay updated on any changes to these terms and notify LS both verbally and by submitting new forms if there are any material changes to their information.
