Customer Credit Application & Agreement
To be considered as a potential customer for Latin Specialties LLC (LS), you must complete and sign a new customer credit application & agreement form along with all the documents listed within. Please note that submitting these documents does not guarantee vendor acceptance. Both new and existing customers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to our Terms and Conditions, available on our Customers Terms and Conditions page. Customers must stay updated on any changes to these terms and notify LS both verbally and by submitting new forms if there are any material changes to their information.
